Our market advisory, consultancy, and investment facilitation services are provided for informational and strategic purposes only. We do not guarantee investment outcomes, business results, or financial returns. All decisions based on our advice remain your sole responsibility.

4. Rent-a-Car Services

• Vehicles are provided with drivers only. Clients must follow safety instructions and respect local traffic laws.
• The company is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or accidents beyond our control.
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to the booking terms provided at the time of reservation.

5. Fees & Payments

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the services you engage in, as communicated at the time of contracting. Payments must be made through approved methods, and outstanding amounts may result in suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by Key Venture remain the intellectual property of the company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Key Venture shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses, delays, or business disruptions.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
